Brewgrass Festival

The Brewgrass Festival is an annual event here in Asheville. It pairs great old-time music with more craft breweries than you can shake a stick at. Attendees are given small glasses, and encouraged to sample some of the best beers imaginable. It is truly a wonderful day.

I drew the illustration for the posters and t-shirts. This is the poster.

Rock & Roll Fashion Show

This is a poster I created for the Rock & Roll Fashion Show, a benefit for the 1 in 8 Motorcycle Series Against Breast Cancer.

The Back Room

The Back Room is a bar and music venue located in Flat Rock, North Carolina. The bar is owned by the Flat Rock Wine Shoppe (located next door), so the wine selection is fantastic. This is the front and the back of the t-shirts I designed for them. The design incorporates their yellow brick walls, the owner’s vintage Shure microphone, and their passion for live music, which happens every night they are open.

Hot August Night 5k

This is a t-shirt design for the Hot August Night 5k road race, which takes place in the Montford neighborhood of Asheville, North Carolina.

Personal work. This is a show flyer for my band, Albatross Party. 23 hand silk screened prints were made and distributed. Some day I will get around to taking a picture of one of the prints.

Giraffe Studio

In the interest of full disclosure, I should say that Giraffe Studio is owned and operated by my best friend. However, that does not change the fact that he runs an extremely high quality operation. Check out his MySpace page for samples of his recording work.

Sky City Drivers

Sky City Drivers is an Asheville-based business that uses folding, portable motorscooters that fit in the trunk of a car. They load their scooter into your car and drive you home after a night on the town. A brilliant business idea in a car-centric town. This is their logo.

The 2005 Flat Rock Music Festival

This project was a great deal of fun. It was a collaboration with another Hendersonville artist named Cameron Deeb. He came up with the concept, and I drew it.

The finished version  had all of the information regarding the bands that played the festival in the negative space to the right.
